Welcome to Khachapuri.

If you do not know, it is a famous Georgian cheese bread — our goal is to introduce it into the UK mainstream. The only rule? More cheese than bread.

Classic varieties include the boat-shaped Adjaruli (filled with molten cheese and topped with an egg yolk if you go for the medium), the pizza-shaped Imeruli (cheese-filled bread), and the Megruli, which adds cheese on top as well.

Come and join us at Bishops Square, Spitalfields, London E1 every day from midday until 9pm at our Christmas Chalet until the 23rd December

We have a hearty warming kharcho soup which you can upgrade to include a slice of khachapuri, or choose between khachapuri slices and regional varieties. We cannot wait to welcome you. Oh and remember you must try the spicy adjika or our satsebeli dips, they are going down a treat! Everything is home made by Masha.
