Say Hello To Cheesy Georgian Bread

Welcome to Khachapuri. Let us explain...

We’ve brought Khachapuri — the famous Georgian cheese bread — to the UK. The only rule? More cheese than bread.

Classic varieties include the boat-shaped Adjaruli (filled with molten cheese and topped with an egg yolk), the pizza-shaped Imeruli (cheese-filled bread), and the Megruli, which adds cheese on top as well — or go all in with the Royal Megruli, for even more cheese on top of that.

Did you know? The oldest evidence of winemaking was discovered in two Neolithic villages south of Tbilisi, Georgia — dating back around 8,000 years.

With Britain’s love of cheese and wine, bringing this much-loved Georgian pairing to London just made sense. We are working on our alcohol license, but for now we welcome you to bring your own alcohol for just £5 corkage.

And don’t worry if you’re vegan or gluten intolerant, we cater for all cheese lovers.
